🎯 ADF PREP TIP: DON'T WAIT UNTIL YOU GET A DATE!

Sam Kourloufas - TBG · 2026-11-01T22:56:59.460Z

Team, one of the biggest mistakes I see is candidates waiting until their assessment is booked before they start preparing. My advice? 💪 🏃 Start building your fitness now — even 20–30 minutes a day adds up. 🧠 Practise your aptitude testing regularly, not just the week before. 🎖️ Research your preferred role and understand what you're signing up for. 📋 Stay on top of your ADF Careers application and check for updates. Small, consistent efforts will always beat last-minute preparation! 💬 What's the ONE thing you're currently working hardest on? Need more support?
